Today is the 100th birthday anniversary Billie Holiday

When i first came to New York I had a room on west 87th street, off central park west, across from where Billie Holiday once lived. I’ll just go and put on some of her music. fine for a new york rainy afternoon.

Today is the 100th birthday anniversary of Billie Holiday. Billie Holiday was born on April 7, 1915 and died on July 17, 1959 in New York City.
